Holiday Inn Express Boston-Milford By Ihg, Milford

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were excellent, clean, and well taken care of, but I noticed a mildew smell and found them smaller than I expected. The service was top-notch, with staff that really seemed to care about making guests welcome; however, the loud hallway conversations were a bit intrusive. The location was convenient for my trip, but the price was a bit high. The dining experience had its hits and misses, as the breakfast was one of the best I've had, but it was a total mess at times.

The dining experience offered a wide variety of foods, although I wish there were more hot water and pancake mix available when needed.

The staff was courteous, friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate guests, especially Kristene who made a birthday party a success. The hotel's location was exceptional, quiet, clean, and offered great accessibility, making it perfect for various events and easy access to Boston. The dining options were good, providing a satisfying breakfast experience. Overall, a great value for the money with some noise issues from above rooms being a drawback.
